Franciscan St. James Health is a division of the Franciscan Alliance. The hospital is governed by the Franciscan Alliance Board of Trustees and the South Suburban Chicago Region Board of Directors for the Franciscan Alliance. The Regional Boards have the primary responsibility for operating and managing the health care facilities and carrying on the Purpose of the Corporation within the region.
